The Sight of Back
Photography, 2007-2008
I took a series of photographes - a total of 50 images. In my works, I want to draw a portrait with unvisible body part like a back, a vertex, and ears. Especially, I choose the "back," because it always goes out of sight.
I saw the identity, loneliness, and the anonymity in the city through the back. People faced with a difficult problem divides the space and the circumference like the wall or the door. Some places break between people and spaces in the city. That is the point of interaction between the buildings and the individuals in the city. I want to look the abyss of a person like a set of mirror - among the models, lens and sopectatiors.
